The American Sewing Guild is a national organization offering something for sewing enthusiasts at every skill level, with chapters nationwide.

The Sacramento Chapter, with approximately 300 members, takes pride in advancing sewing as an art and life skill and supports the area in and around Sacramento in Northern California.

Our many Neighborhood and Special Interest Groups meet monthly offering varied programs, focused on sewing of all types. the chapter supports members in advancing their sewing skills, creating community service projects and building friendships among those who sew. The chapter also offers annual college scholarships and supports an in-person sewing program at Wellspring Women’s Center in Sacramento.

Join the American Sewing Guild online and designate Sacramento as your chapter. We look forward to meeting you
